Why?

E-mailshots work in the same way as paper mailshots. We provide custom email templates and can arrange the sending of emails to distribution lists. Email newsletters and adverts are a fantastic way to keep a community of people up-to-date with the products and services you offer.

How?

We can help with the whole process, or with just a small part. We can design an email depending on the requirements. This could be very graphical, where a single product is advertised, or more text based for example a newsletter. Next, the email must be converted in to HTML before sending.

We will use our sending software to bulk send the mail shot to a distribution list of emails.  We can even personalise each email with the recipient's name.

When designing the mail shot, we can implement a wire frame for the textual content. This will allow changing the content the next time you want to send the email at no extra cost for design.

You will also get a “Click through report”, which tells you how many users clicked through to your site from the mailing campaign, and will specify which email address clicked on which link. There is also a report to tell you which emails bounced back, so you know which emails are invalid and can be removed from the list.

How Much?

Our charges for design and HTML conversion are entirely time based at £50+VAT / hour with a minimum 1/2 hour charge per service.

Sending to a distribution list is charged at a rate of £20+VAT per 1000 email addresses with a minimum £20+VAT charge.
