Ecommerce
Ecommerce is where something is sold on the internet. For more than a handful of products it is best to store product data in a database so the information can be easily managed. As well as managing product listings, a shopping cart and the ability to checkout and pay for purchases is always handy. We have a standard e-commerce store as one of our Starfish Solutions but we can make bespoke stores as required.
Content Management
Do you need a site with a lot of pages? Is the information on your site likely to change quite often? If this is the case a content management system (CMS) is perfect for you. This is where website content is stored in a database and can be administered internally via a dashboard. We have a CMS system as one of our Starfish Solutions but custom CMS systems can be made as required.
Intranets
An intranet is a website for people in your own company. These often store product data, stock information, message boards, best practice information and more.
Database Development
Too much data, not enough time? Storing data in a database and dynamically creating reports is a great time saving tool. A dashboard will allow information to be added easily and many processes can be automated.
