MS Internet was started by our MD, Martin Saunders – hence our name stems from the days when he worked freelance as Martin Saunders Internet. We have always tried to offer an all round high quality service. This not only includes the work that we do but also the way that we interact with our clients and the way we try to do business. Our long standing motto is that if our customers are happy and successful then so will we be. Our high attention to our clients needs is no better reflected than by our exceptionally high customer retention and referral rates.

We have a fairly broad set of core capabilities, revolving around developing web based systems. This incorporates design, development and marketing skills. Extending from these core capabilities we have increased our offering over the years to include print design, animations, show-reel production, audio production, email distribution and more recently mobile applications. In all of these areas we are conversant with all current standard techniques.

 

We recognise that what matters to our clients is the benefit that our products can bring to their businesses. Part of this benefit is in the way the development process runs and an awareness of the progress and eventual system, site or otherwise. We are passionate about creating innovative solutions that are easy to use while delivering a rich user experience. We frequently tell people that anything is possible and we are more than happy to adopt technologies as a project demands.

Before we start a project we will give a fixed price quotation where possible and provided the scope of a project does not change, the price will not change. During our planning process we will design the system and the way it will function and this is reviewed by the client and signed off before we commence build of the system. If changes are required, they are made during the planning stage preventing unexpected delays or system glitches.

 

While we are developing a system we use an internal project management system to plan the tasks involved in a project and every project has a dedicated project manager. Our clients have a dedicated area on our website where they can view the progress of their project, outstanding tasks and the staff member allocated to that task as well as scheduling information.  We are also always at the end of the phone and happy to help or give information as needed.

Once a project is complete we perform an in-house audit to ensure that on launch a system is fully tested from a functional point of view as well as in terms of user goals, giving a robust system that is easy to use and enhances our client’s business.
