MS Internet was founded in 2008 by Martin Saunders and is now part of drpgroup.  Our team pride themselves on creating outstanding work and building excellent client relationships.  We understand the importance of flexibility and have extablished a repertoire of services to meet every possible requirement. We know that a happy and successful client reflects positively on us. Our high attention to our clients needs is no better reflected than by our exceptionally high customer retention and referral rates.

Our expert staff offer a broad set of core capabilities. This incorporates design, development and marketing.   Our expertise extend to print design, animation, show-reel production, audio production, email distribution, bulk SMS, and mobile applications. All our staff are conversant with current standard techniques.

We recognise that what matters to our clients is the benefit that our products can bring to their businesses. Part of this benefit is in the way the development process runs, and an awareness of the progress and eventual system, site or otherwise. We are passionate about creating innovative solutions that are easy to use, while delivering a rich user experience. Before we start a project we will give a fixed price quotation where possible, and provided the scope of a project does not change, the price will not change. During our planning process we will design the system and the way it will function.  This is reviewed by the client and signed off before we commence build of the system. If changes are required, they are made during the planning stage preventing unexpected delays or system glitches.

Every project has a dedicated project manager, and our internal project management system allows us to comprehensively plan the tasks involved in a project. Our clients have a dedicated area on our website where they can view the progress of their project and send useful information to their project manager.  Our staff are always happy to discuss any queries with clients, either over the phone or face to face.

Once a project is complete we perform an in-house audit to ensure that a system is fully tested from a functional point of view, as well as in terms of user goals.  This ensures a robust system that is easy to use and enhances our clients' business.
